Stick building is still the preferred method for remodeling or additions. What is Systems-Built Housing ?
Stick Built systems homes built with Kiln dried lumber, 2x10 joists, 2x6 ex walls, 2x4 in walls, 16"o/c in a climate controlled environment and then set on site built foundations.   
(These are NOT Manufactured Homes, HUD Homes or Trailers, please!)
